I was looking for a phone with a decent camera, android system and nice look, this phone fit the required specifications and then some, as other reviews this phone has a beautiful screen resolution to watch your videos or movies in HD quality, sound its clear and loud, no speakers needed if your in a close room. It comes with a 6gb (class 6) sd memory card, to keep the data transfer fast. I was very happy it arrive sooner then expected, factory sealed, with everything included in the box as it is described. I was glad it was mailed in a box with enough filling to avoid any bangs it might of gotten along the way.
The phone itself works great, thank you for the great product and service.

The screen is very nice. Sharp and clear and doesn't take finger smudges. Upgradeable to Android 4.0! I did the upgrade and it was great. The home screen has so many nice options, you can add weather, calendar, control for your wireless and control for your sound/vibrate. Built in radio is good. The CPU is fast, browser surfing is quick. there are just so many customization options, beats Iphone hands down. I went from iphone to Samsung Android (Infuse) to Sony Android. Xperia beats the Samsung to me, much more options than in the Samsung. Although this is wrt the Infuse, can't speak for the Galaxy III.

I get the phone and the back of the damaged casing, the corners are a little broken .. besides that I only get the phone and catrgador was not any accessory according to what it says as memory box, usb cable, headphones or anything .. I think a lack of respect that delivery.

This is a great phone, but buyers beware, I ordered a new phone and got a used one with USB cable missing from the box. The phone itself is filled with AT&T bloatware and has the AT&T logo. I had to open an account with AT&T for my son so he can use the phone; he loves it, but I am trying to convince him to send it back and get try the really UNLOCKED, unused, in the original SEALED Box.

Ordered the Unlocked R800a. Instead I received the locked R800at. Luckily I use AT&T but it is a pain in the ass to try and unlock the R800at. If you are buying this phone with the intention of getting root access (which you need to get rid of the ridiculous amount of bloatware this phone comes with), make sure you are getting the R800a.

I bought this phone againt Samsung S3 Mini and it was really a good decision, camera is excellent, display is vibrant and clear, battery is good. I use this phone for a week now and I've downloaded a lot of applications and it is still running as smooth as when I bought it. Design is also excellent, the aluminum back is made very carefully and the general result is very satisfactory. If you are deciding between this smartphone and the Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini i would tell you to buy the Xperia P.

As soon as I upgraded it to 4.1 I was really impressed, there was no lagging and the camera is just incredible, my old phone was 8.1mp and this one is just way better, the auto scene selection feature works great. I compared it to iPhone 5 and based on the features that this phone has I say it's a winner.

Absolutely love this phone mind you though this is the first smartphone I have owned so I did a lot of research before buying one. I looked at the iphone and other smartphones and I was surprised by the quality and craftsmanship that Sony does with their phones.
I took it to the AT&T store to activate and they had no problem with it in fact they really liked it and got compliments from them. I hate having the same thing that everyone else does so I felt that the Xperia P was the perfect phone for me and I haven't had any complaints since I bought it about three months ago.

This is a great phone, except it doesn't come with a front facing camera. Love the fact that its dustproof and water resistant and comes with scratch resistant screen. My problem when I got this phone was that it's headset didn't work with the phone which is both odd and frustrating since I use the headsets alot when I'm on the go. That alone makes this for me at least, a bad buy since the accessories should be compatible with it. Factory unlocked is great since I can use this phone with any carrier and it is a fast phone, haven't seen any lag times in switching screens and apps.

This phone is great for my needs, the water and dust resistance is amazing! But these guys sent me the Chinese version...I now own a Chinese wall plug for my phone...compleatly worthless. At least it charges via USB as well and it wasn't difficult to change the phone to English settings, the other plus is I now know how to use it to text Japanese, but really wish that they would have at least specified on the page because now I have to wait a week for a USA friendly plug that I ordered to come in and had to pay some extra cash for it. Other than that, this phone is gorgeous, came in great condition, and meets all the specs. Doesn't lag, nice camera, and super cute and thin!

ALL US USERS. This phone does NOT work on U.S. 3g networks or anything higher and they DO NOT specify that on the product you will have to get internet settings manually and it will only run on the EDGE network which is the OLD cell phone internet from like 10 years ago. The internet is so slow even at full bars that all the HD streaming and internet page features the phone has to offer become useless. BE AWARE OF THIS BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT ADVERTISE IT. Even though they put that it works in every state in the world they wasnt talking about the 3g network they only mean the phone usage.

I lost my Arc S, good thing I was able to save enough money when this product came out. I even tricked a few people when they see me sinking this on an aquarium, which they gave an "is this person insane?" look. The product really is water proof!!! & I just clean the screen with any cloth, and it leaves no scratch marks whatsoever (thus far). The camera does a good job even when it's being captured at night time even when it is pitch dark. I just adore this phone and the countless things which i can do with it (with the help of the google play apps), the processor's fast... way fast, and even faster than my Sony Tablet S when playing heavy-duty videos with a huge chunk of filesize. I will be keeping this phone for years, and I couldn't ask for anything else. Well worth the money.

the phone is the ultimate expression of technology. not change it for anything. the photos are of top quality. the internet connection is very fast. the videos are high quality. the only thing I do not like and it's no big thing is its plastic housing is but otherwise I highly recommend it.

When I was doing research, I read all the available reviews. Even with bad reviews I decided to get the phone. The phone came in two days and I've had it for a month. This is the best phone I've purchased. All those who complained about the phone didn't stop me from getting the phone. I've had it over an month now and it's great. I've had no problems with the OS or the the buttons responses. Yes it's water proof. The rear camera is the best on any phone auto focus is way cool. In short this is the best phone out here. I recommend this phone to any one who wants a good phone.

The phone is ok for it's price, but the expandable storage is useless. I put in an sd-card and I wasn't able to use it for anything but music, pictures and videos. All apps are going to be within the 4gb of memory on the phone. After a few weeks I went to copy new music over and it no longer recognized my music files. I followed all the trouble shooting measures and tried reformatting the sd-card and used Sony Bridge software to copy music over. The software crashed. I restored the phone and had the same issues. I'm returning the phone.

Purchased this for my wife. The phone is great. I like it better than my Samsung Galaxy. The thing about this phone is the battery lasts 5 days on a single charge without worrying about nursing the battery life like I do on my Samsung (2 days on battery). Nice size. It is a pretty typical phone otherwise.

Got this phone during a Lightning Deal and must say it was well worth the money. I like the slim profile and it's doesn't seem overwhelmingly large carrying it in my front pocket like some smartphones do. It's had no problem handling any games or apps that I've downloaded so far. However I have had an occasional "mystery restart" every once in a great while after installing/opening a brand new program. This could just be a droid software issue or possibly a needed restart to get the new app configured properly, I'm not entirely sure. Overall though I'm pretty well in love with this phone! Definitely a big step up from my previous LG Xenon!

This review is according to my wife. She told me that Sony Xperia was the best phone made. I chuckled since i have a HTC One X. She states the phone is fast and accomplishes any task she throws at it. It is small and she doesnt need anything else. This while she is typing on her Tablet. I said it is only 3G how can it be the best phone ever. She can use it in any country as it is a unlocked phone. We have put this to test in a couple different countries and yes it works great. I still say it is not better than a 4G phone. If you are not looking for super fast do everything phone, then this will work for you. As she states. SHE LOVES THIS phone.

I ended up sending it back, there is a know wi fi problem with these phone, just do a google search , it connects then fails to connect all the time, the camera button is very low so you never know if you are pushing it. Hard to text with, and no Macro on the photo choices.
