This Phone is a good Flip phone for a guy that does not want a I phone. I just like to talk and if I need to take a picture this thing has a good camera. I was impressed with the quality. Not all digitals are the same. It has some funky ringtones on the phone also. I bought an extra battery. They are cheap. I will use for a while and save for an extra. You never know. Plus I don't like to walk around with a mini computer tracking my every move. I suppose I am old fashioned. Works for me,, Thanks

I was abit leary of purchasing a cell phone online but had asked a few questions of the seller before purchain this phone.This is my 3rd W518a,I have had 2 contracts with AT&T and have 1 every 2 years (my 2nd is still working).I tried AT&T but they do not sell this phone,or the battery,anylonger.I liked this model so I decided to purchase it and I am 100% satisfied that I did.It works Extremely well and since I purchased it from a compant other than AT&T I still am contract free!

Purchased 3 of these phones as presents for Christmas and one of the item is not working. The three phones came without data cables and headsets. The box of the phones were scratched and wall charger packaging were old looking with holes. It's so disappointing because this is the third time i have received items with issues. i'm so sick and fedup of amazon. Don not order this phone its rejected stuff. Amazon only sells used and rejected stuff now cause that is all i have been receiving. I'm so embarrassed because i purchased this item as a present and now its not working. Gosh i'm sick of it!!!!
